If you don’t pick a reliable host, it can cost you big time and money to fix the problems. You don’t want that.
I recommend the SiteRubix platform, accessible through Wealthy Affiliate. If you join Wealthy Affiliate, as a free member, you are allowed to create TWO free websites for learning affiliate marketing. If you decide to become a Premium member, they will host 50 websites for online business activity.
Another popular host is WordPress.com. I mention them because they will host for free, but if you go with them for free, you’re getting a limited version of their popular software.

Once you have a host, where your blog will be found, you want to make it look nice and interesting. Hosts will usually present you with several “Themes” you can choose from for your website. You should want the theme to reflect as closely to your blog subject as possible. When using a free-hosting site, your choices are usually quite limited, so the best bet is to pick something that looks professional and easy to customize.
