I’ve recently come across a few ads for this MLM and decided to take a closer look into making extra money with NHT Global.  There are many MLM’s to choose from and I think you’re smart to do some research before joining one.

This is my straight facts review, that will allow you to make a fully informed decision on whether or not NHT Global can be the right business opportunity for you.

What is NHT Global

• NHT Global is an MLM company in the health and wellness industry. It was founded in 2001, under the name of Lexxus International, by Terry Lacore.

The name change occurred in 2006, after some legal issues, which have since been remedied.

• They have a BBB rating of A+ but are not accredited by the BBB. 

What are NHT Global products

They are primarily in the beauty niche with their products, but also offer health and wellness products.

  • Skindulgence Face Lift – 30-Minute non-surgical facelift system.  Retail price: $89.29.
  • Skingdulgence BioCell Mask – A patented bio-cellulose facial mask.  Retail price: $89.29 for box of 7 pouches.
  • Complete Renewal 8 Age Defying Hair Mask – An intensive treatment that targets 8 major signs of aging hair.  Retail price: $34.29 for a 150ml container.

What is the Cost to Join

The initial cost for registration is $75.  Then to remain an active affiliate, qualified to receive commissions, you pay $9.95 every 3 months.

If you purchase a business builder package, the monthly fees are waived for the first 12 months.

Once you qualify for the Platinum rank, all the monthly and volume fees are waived.

What is the compensation plan

As with any MLM, the way to make money is by making retail sales of the products, recruiting other people to become members and earning commissions through those people’s sales (your team).

The fastest way to make money is to continually move up the ranks.  The higher your rank, the more money you will make.

They have 4 ranks, as follows:

• Bronze – Must purchase at least 90 PV (Personal Volume Sales) yourself
• Silver – Must sign up with a business builder package and purchase at least 250 PV, or generate either 500 accumulated PV, or 1500 accumulated GV. (Group Volume) 250 PV minimum required.
• Gold – Must sign up with a business builder package and purchase at least 1000 PV, or generate either 1250 accumulated PV or 3000 accumulated GV. 250 PV minimum, with max of 1000 PV required.
• Platinum – Must sign up with a business builder package and purchase at least 1250 PV, or purchase 1250 PV in a single order at any time.

In order to qualify for the above payouts, you need to be on a monthly autoship of 90 PV.  While selling that much each month is the goal, going on autoship is much easier and takes the pressure off of having to sell product.

The company offers 3 levels of unilevel commissions.  This means you can have 3 levels of affiliates you can get paid on.

You will earn from 3% – 10% commissions on your team members, depending on your own rank.

They also have a binary compensation plan.  That means you can have 2 “legs” of affiliate members under you, however, to qualify for the binary compensation, you must have an active personal referral on both legs at all times.

They offer additional ways to earn money, such as “matching bonus” but it starts to get a bit complex.  Check out the full compensation plan on their website.

What is the earning potential

Selling products through direct sales can be lucrative if you’re friendly, like talking to people, or have a large network of friends and family.  However, if like this company, the products are expensive, and recruitment is emphasized to make money, it can be difficult. Most people in MLM, do not make money because of those reasons.

The products are expensive and because it’s been around for a long time, I don’t think the earning potential is high.  It will be very hard to develop a large enough clientele to make money.

Final Thoughts

If you were worried about this being a scam, it’s not.  NHT Global is a legitimate business, with a legitimate opportunity to make money for anybody who wants to get involved.  However, I cannot recommend this opportunity to anybody.

NHT Global is your typical MLM company that is basically a job that allows you to create your own hours.  You will be given the opportunity to have a business within a business.  You will be limited to their expensive products, you won’t be able to change suppliers if you want, and you won’t be able to adjust prices to become more competitive.

I hope I’ve given you enough information to make an informed decision about joining this company. 

It’s expensive to start and remain active, the products are expensive and it will be difficult to build a personal and reliable customer base.  There are better and easier alternatives for making extra money.
